Residential Care

Residential Care provides affordable housing and full-time professional nursing care on a long-term, temporary, convalescence, respite or palliative care basis.
Residents receive 24-hour professional nursing care, including assistance with meal preparation and daily activities such as bathing, grooming and mobility. Special services include physiotherapy, podiatry and dental care. Delicious and nutritious meals are provided by a professional chef, under the guidance of a registered dietitian who ensures that individual needs are met through tailored meal plans. As their circumstances change, resident’s personalized services can be adapted to meet their needs.

Comfort, non-medical and personal hygiene services are available to residents on a short- and/or long-term basis. The following types of services – and more – may be purchased individually or as part of a customized package:

• Medication monitoring
• Bathing assistance
• Grooming and dressing support
• Mobility assistance
• Eating assistance
• Special meal preparation
• Tray service to your room
• Linen and personal laundry service

Our Adult Day Program, Golden Lifestyles, provides therapeutic programs and personal care services for residents and community members. For more information on Golden Lifestyles, please contact the Community Manager.
Rental subsidies are available to those who have lived in British Columbia for the past twelve months. Our staff can explain these options to you, and direct you to the appropriate agencies.
