Golden Life Management has been awarded funds
from BC Housing’s Housing Endowment Fund

Today, we are extremely excited to announce Golden Life Management has been awarded funds from BC Housing’s Housing Endowment Fund (HEF) to provide Independent living housing, hospitality and support services to low income seniors in Nelson.  The awarded funds will be used to subsidize 13 studios at our newest development, Lake View Village, which is currently under construction.  Tenants rent contribution will be based on the application of the independent living rent scale.
